Composing with Food

When things are relaxed enough it's always good to get kids to help with food preparation. Feeling those textures, using their hands, eyes (and invariable taste buds) at the same time, seeing changes happening, weighing and measuring.
Here is a little idea of extending food preparation to thinking about patterns and rhythms!!
